Tablet appears to be stuck on loading apps.

Tablet seems to be stuck trying to load apps. Will not go past this. Tried the following….pushing reset button, allowing battery to be totally dead and then recharging, pushing ctrl, alt, delete. Still doing the same thing. When you turn it off the android symbol comes on, then viking pro, android is starting opening app 1 of 1, starting apps, then screen dims and it just keeps repeating this over and over. What can I do to fix this?
