I would consult with people that have the same cellular service provider and ask them to come over where you are having low reception and see if they have low reception too. If they have good signal where you have bad signal we may need to dig deeper.

tested 2 identicall phones same issues
@brokenzte What I mean is that you should ask someone with a different phone but the same cellular provider to come over where you have poor signal and see if they have 1 bar of signal too.

This probably really stupid but try to call tech support and see what they have to say.
