Yes, but there isn’t really any reason to unless you want to reduce the amount of dust going inside your phone and some added water resistance on the sides of the phone I guess.

I snapped off the 2 pentalobe scew holes on my screen, so I can't screw it it, so the adhesive will help keep it down
