tablet is not charging and red light is not on
red light is not on and its not charging faulty battery? if so how to change the battery by myself? i have tried diffrent chargers and outlets but not charging

Well, it sounds like a battery issue to me. The battery connectors are soldered onto the Motherboard so if you really do want to replace this battery you need soldering skills or to take it to a reputable place that does soldering. Finding a replacement battery will also be a challenge too as there are not many out there at the time of this answer.
