A couple of weeks ago I bought the ASUS ROG GL503GE gaming laptop and all of a sudden, the ‘F’ key is making a scratching sound. (Bad quality vid below)
Does anyone know how this can be fixed?

Are you pushing very hard? If you are not, there might be something stuck under the key cap. Here’s a guide on how to remove the key cap and inspect for foreign objects stuck under it.

There's probably something stuck beneath it then because I'm not pushing hard on the key cap
@notanexpert I would remove the key cap and see if there’s something stuck under there.
The laptop itself was completely defective. It had several problems other then that. It has now been replaced.

Unfortunately mine was completely broken after a while as the charging port stopped working as well. They replaced it for me and the new one doesn't have the noise
