I need a BIOS Rescue password my Asus Transformer for 2012/01/01

I need to reset BIOS. Gifted laptop to my niece and she gave the laptop back complaining the issue. Cant get past the password screen. Need the rescue password for 2012/01/01. Please help.

an ASUS device: ABLDABLA
