New screen assembly replacement part on an iphone 6plus has only 3 cables to plug in. Originally there were 4 total. Seem to be missing a cable. Do i use the old one somehow? Do i have the wrong part? Guidance please.

Missing cable you’re probably referring to is the flat for front camera, earpiece, proximity sensor, etc.. Unless you purchased a full assembly including everything, you’ll have to transfer that part from the older screen. If you’re not familiar with screen replacement it would be a good idea to go through this guide before starting your repair

i purchased whats linked below. i thought it was complete. what cable is this missing? i did dissasseble using the guide you suggest, but i dont see the information im', missing thank you
@sonicsculptor No idea what you are missing, take a picture and enclose to your question, the assembly you linked is the full replacement and as you can see from the pictures it shows 4 connectors.

@sonicsculptor Ouch, can't tell for sure from the picture but it seems you're missing digitizer cable..not much you can do besides asking for replacement.
