My irulu tablet has gone to pale blue screen after charging one

my tablet has gone to blue screen afgter charging or operation was fine 3 days ago been same since it will turn on but cant take battery out either to hard reset or anything , wont load to home screen as normal to apps. just got pale blue screen like its dead.
