Does anyone make/sell replacement batteries anymore?

So, I’ve got a 1st Generation iPod that I’m hoping to get back up and running. However, iFixit long since stopped selling 1st Generation iPod batteries, and on a quick search of both Amazon and eBay I couldn’t find any. Any ideas if there’s any hope of getting a replacement battery for this device? I know it’s 15 year old iPod…
