Did RCA make a Pro12 model?

I bought a 2-in-1 android tablet last year year, and I'm actually on my third one due to tactical errors that caused the destruction of the prior two. But, due to an actual technical problem, (not of my doing, this time), I can't get the tablet to get past the screen that shows only the Pro12 logo after the Android page, that's where it locks down. Now I'm simply looking for the company that makes it, any help?
