email address and password question

my grandson has a hp chromebook with his mom's gmail account.. i would like to know if i reset it by clicking powerwash button, will his mom also lose her account on her samsung phone or she will not (both with the exact same email address and password)? for this reason my grandson would like to set up his own account.. let me know..

No, his mom will not lose her account, it will just disconnect the chromebook from her account. Have a great day!

oh and after i reset his chromebook, is it able to play on roblox at roblox.com when to log in the google browser?

Yep! He'll still be able to play Roblox when you look back into google chrome.

done resetting his chromebook and then went to the google web to login roblox and tried clicking "play" button and it shows Chrome OS does not support.. i researched and found this Chrome Remote Desktop, how do i do it to make it work or is there any other way?

If he can’t log into chromebook from the browser try these solutions:

it is important that both Chrome OS is up-to-date check that it has been updated.

if your trying to use chrome remote desktop try this:

To find out whether or not your particular model supports Google Play apps, take the following steps.

  1. Click on your user photo, usually located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. When the pop-out window appears, click on the Settings icon – represented by a gear.
  3. Chrome OS's Settings interface should now be displayed. Scroll down and search for a section labeled Google Play Store. If you cannot find this section, it likely means that your Chromebook model does not support Google Play Store apps and you'll need to try one of the alternative methods found later in this article.
  4. If you do locate this section and it is not already enabled, activate it by selecting the TURN ON button and agreeing to the Google Play Terms of Service.
  5. Now that you've enabled Google Play on your Chromebook, it's time to install Roblox.
    1. Open your Chrome browser.
    2. Navigate to the Roblox page in the Google Play Store.
    3. Click on the INSTALL button.
    4. A progress bar will now be displayed, detailing the status of the file download process. Once complete, Roblox will automatically be installed.
    5. After installation is completed, select the OPEN button.
    6. Roblox will now launch and prompt you to either login or sign up for an account. To play Roblox at any time going forward, click on the Launcher button in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and choose the game's icon.
