I bought an Iphone 7 from Ebay. The screen was replaced and is practicly new. But it can it has a blackscreen or bluescreen but Shows no image. Touch works. Also the Home-Button is fully broken and cant be connected.
My question is if I should buy a new screen or is there a other possibiliaty?

possibly long screw damage if the screws where put in the wrong place or screwed to tightly

Could missing screws be a Problem?
only if the lcd connection to the board isnt tight, disconnect the battery and screen then connect the screen then battery but dont put the screen into the housing. check to see if it works first. you said your getting backlight but no image ?
Still doesnt work. Yes backlight but no image.
maybe a filter issue
