Wheel does not seem to be straight

The one wheel on my daughters hover board is not straight and moves quite a bit compared to the other.

When I opened it up there were little black bits ??? Compared to the other side it looks like a plastic clip is missing?

Is there a way to staibilize the wheel? Hover 1 won’t help us due to the receipt is not with us as it was a gift …

I’d first check the bearing. Use a magnet to tell if the bits are metal or plastic.

all bits are plastic and wheel goes down at last i used only 2 times
