What if gpu has a crack?
If gpu or CPU has a crack or chip in it is there any why to repair or replace it without new motherboard.

If you have a reflow machine, you can remove the faulty GPU, and replace it with one from the same revision of console (There are 4 revisions of the xbox 360, not including the slim) You cannot replace a cracked CPU, unless you also replace the consoles flash memory chip, and DVD drive with it (These are all "married" together, you also need a cpu from the same console revision). All of these methods require a reflow station, and a very high level of skill.
