(My device is actually a Tab 3v) My tablets charging keeps moving

The charging keeps moving (charges -> not charging for no reason) even with new chargers. at first I thought the problem is with the charger but I had a brand new charger and the problem still remains. More annoyingly the battery percentage will glitch out and display a 100% even though its not leaving the device unable to charge forcing me to drain the battery and wait 12 hours to get to at least 60%. please help me out on this one since this really limits the portable usage of my device. any response is greatly appreciated :)
