Why can't the speaker connect properly with win10?
My Aura Studio 2 pairs to my Win10, but the music output quality is low. The only option I am allowed to use is earphone headset mode which only offers telephone quality output sound. Everything else is locked. I have tried updating all drivers, reinstalling drivers several times but the same thing happens all the time. I have tried to pair the speaker with two windows laptops and the situation is the same. The speaker pair with Tv and Mobile phone normally. Any ideas what to try?

What is the make and model number of your Win 10 device?

Same here, it is going into headset mode. I could not fix it. I disable the headset service, now I can connect the speaker but no output device is listed.
