Black bar on the left side of the screen and backlight glitches

After my phone vibrated while I was sitting too close to a large person in a bus the black bar appeared along the left side of the screen with a vertical row of blue pixels to the right of it. The rest of the screen has these transparent white lines and similar (I believe) backlight issues. I was told that I need to replace some layer under the screen, but I'm not sure about neither how to do it nor whether it's even correct.

UPD: Resolution had also went down, as I noticed just now, since pixels are a lot more easily distinguishable and changing video resolution from 720p to 360p doesn’t seem to affect the picture at all
