Seems to be a RAM issues.
If your laptop has multiple memory, remove them and test it with a stick at a time.
Isolate and see if it boots up.
Some good software to test the RAM, memtest86

Depends on the machine. 8GB machines are usually single stick unless you somehow end up with one listed as 2X4GB. If it doesn't say 2X4GB, assume 1X8GB.
