How to fix my fingerprint sensor cit self test fail?

My fingerprint sensor does not respond to any touch. I check the fingerprint sensor using xiaomis phone tester cit test- opened by clicking kernal version in about phone section few times. The fingerprint test does not open at all because it closes itself but during the small time frame it opens I can see that it has cross mark on the self test section. What's the resolution?
