Is it ok if I have a missing screw
Hey is it ok if I have one screw remaining on the shell and it's the one on the top left corner and I'm saying because I don't want my controller to disassemble while I'm playing.

There should be some clips holding the controller on especially at the bottom so in theory it should be fine to continue playing with

Do you have one screw remaining or one screw missing? Your question makes it a bit ambiguous. If only one is missing then it will hold together pretty well, but the case my have a slight movement gap near the missing screw. If you only have one left, that won’t be enough to hold it together, and you’ll need to find the missing screws.
