Zipper Snag on Inside Seam

The zipper on my jacket keeps snagging on the inside seam along the side that has the extra fabric to weather-proof the zipper. One of these times the zipper snagged, it tore some fo the fabric open, and now it catches. It’s a pretty tight area for a patch, any other ideas?
