S4 Only charges when I touch the socket (or any metal part)

My S4 won’t charge I have changed the charging board and battery and it will only charge if I touch the charging port (or any wire leading to the board) BUT will still not charge if i use a piece of metal (or any conductive material)

it is very weird, do you have any ideas?
