Dont recognize in Mac

Good afternoon, I have a monitor that is not picking up, it works the USB, sound, camera, but when I connect the video cable it does not power on, it does not recognize on the mac, I already changed the logic board and the board power suply and it still continues the same problem, does anyone have any solution?
