My air condition is not working properly.

I found out that whenever I put on my air conditioner ( AC) the compressor works for some time and then stops then after some minutes it would start up again and repeat the same thing.

Please I need your help. Tell me what to do,

what make and model is your AC? while it runs it does cool? How long does it run? You checked the thermostat and the settings?

Either the compressor has failed and/or the coolant has leaked out.

Best to bring your AC unit to someone who has the proper tools to properly diagnose whats failed here and see if its repairable.

there are multiple possible causes for this. I would recommend calling a tech out.
