Applying update stuck on 3%

Hey!

I have a Xbox one X that will not apply updates. Console was working fine prior to the new 300mb update. The update started and my console stuck at 59% overall with 3% applying update. It will not go past that.

I have left the console on for 3 hours and it still sticks at 3%.

I have tried a OSU with the latest files from MS and it still does the same. Now stuck in a update loop.

Any ideas?
