1 How to fix the brightness?
not able to find the correct selection, but it’s 23-r010 (all-in-one).. it’s dimmed, although, i did slide all the way to brightness and it’s still dimmed, what is the issue?

how dim is dim? It is possible that you are having some backlight issues.

dim is bad enough for my eyes, although, my grandchildren said it’s fine with them.. this computer (also all-in-one) i’m using is another but perfectly clear to a full brightness.. if it’s the backlight issue, how to fix it?

does the brightness adjust at all? Have you checked the drivers for your computer to ensure you have the latest one for the video?
