I am the owner of a iPhone 6 I had purchased in December 2018 while in school a couple of weeks ago I had my phone in my gym bag and my lotion exploded in it and got inside of my phone and now the sound is jacked up what should I do?

You should check out the iPhone 6 troubleshooting page. If you need it, you most likely will need to replace the earpiece speaker or the bottom speaker.
