How do I unblock my text messages that were blocked from known contact

As I was texting with my known family contacts I received a repeated message that my free messager was blocking all out going messages what do I need to do to get it working again

Several solutions but almost always its because you need to delete old messages to free up space.

I did remove all my previous messages from the phone and I stil get this message (free msg: unable to send message -Message blocking is active) how do I fix that
