How to program the firmware after bad firmware upgrade?

Actually have a polaroid snap touch. After following the firmware upgrade polaroid snap touch described on polaroid website, something went wrong. At the end of upgrade, the screen went off. So try to restart, but nothing, the camera wouldn't turn On at all. Greatly appreciate if anyone know how to factory reprogram the firmware or procedure to follow. Thank you.
