PS Vita left d-pad and analog not working

My PS Vita got splashed by water on the left d-pad control, UP & DOWN d-pad control is still working while LEFT & RIGHT d-pad control and ANALOG is not working.

Does replacing the left d-pad PCB Logic board will solve the issue?
