What part is broken?

I’m now using iPad 2 Wifi model (it’s EMC 2415)

and the screen flickers and shows noisy vertical lines all over the screen. (see the image)

All the other except the screen works well, even touch.

What part is broken and would it be possible(reasonable) to repair it(as a beginner)?

It’s your LCD. Just replace it and you’ll be fine.
