Red light when charging but doesn’t turn on..?

I’ve had my beats for just over a year and yesterday they were working fine, went to yoga for an hour and they were in my bag, went to walk home and they weren’t turning on. Assumed they were out of battery so charged them at home for about 2 hours and they still don’t turn on. Have been charging them now for hours on end and the only light that comes up is the red light when charging. No white lights or flashing, just red. I’ve tried all the combinations to reset and nothing is working - help!
