Ps4 slim doesn’t power on

Hello,

My PS4 doesn’t power on. Doesn’t beep or gives any signal. Totally dead. The psu its ok. Tested with another psu and still the same result.

Found out that the problem is with a power management chip with the reference D3524263750. The previous owner tried to swap it and must have used too much heat. Picture of the chip in attach.

Does anybody can help me to find a replacement? I searched everywhere but can’t find a place to buy a replacement.
