I am unable to use the Nutri Ninja cups, and this happened suddenly.

Hello,

I have the Ninja mega kitchen system. I was blending something the other day and the machine suddenly failed. I tried it with a different cup, and a different blade/lid attachment, with no luck. I am just getting just a blinking red light on the display.

The processor bowl and the pitcher still work. I guess something failed along the inner machinery, not sure what as I didn’t hear or see anything go wrong.

I appreciate your help!

Thanks for the reference., I just read that answer and some of the other comments.

The cup/s I am having an issue with don't need the lids to line up. It also stopped working out of the blue while I was taste-testing so I do believe it was aligned correctly until it went kaput.
