Just like the gasoline used in your car has to meet a certain octane level, over buying higher octane gas won’t get you more milage.
Here the system requires a certain spec of RAM: 204-pin PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) DDR3 or DDR3L SO-DIMM
As long as you meet this spec with any major memory supplier you’ll be fine!

Because i want using my macbook to long time, So i will choice DDR3L!
The L version is low voltage and is now the more common part. It does run a few degrees cooler so its a choice!
So the only difference between PC3 and PC3L, DDR3 and DDR3L is that "L" represent low voltage and still work on a Macbook Pro mid 2012 as long as match 1600mhz, 12800S, 204Pin, is that correct?
DDR3 and DDR3L is that "L" represent low voltage,
PC3L is technically not a proper term. iFixit uses the L in their part description name as a contraction of the proper name.
Review the specs for your system what does it call out is what you need for speed.
