Sega Saturn displaying black screen only

Hey guys. I’m dealing with a Sega Saturn Model 2, board model VA15 here.

So, what’s happening: I’m having black visuals and no audio on him. Tried making a ReCap at the board’s capacitor with the serial number CE37, but still got no success. I’m starting to fear that it’s a matter of the graphical chip, maybe because there’s no good schematic of this board’s model and I can’t seem to find anyone making a proper fix out of it. Can anyone help me?
