How can I reset the Samsung Powerbot VR9000 computer?

first I had a C06 error message, and my docking station green light was blinking and not charging. After cleaning all sensors and the brush very well, I turned the unit off and on as instructions stated. Now I either get a C01 error message or it just docks itself and acts like its charging but never really does. Is there a way to reset the computer in the unit?

Hi friends...

i have 3 robots - 2x rv 9000 .1 x rv 7040 ...

both have died, now i have one vr9000 in operation. What I do is a beautiful trick. I'm going to load it to charge, When I load it I get it out of the loading station. But friends make fun of all the robots having a serious problem with the motherboard, and the battery charging system ... It's a rubbish ...

Follow these steps:

Hold down the Reset button on the back of the device using a safety pin or similar tool for approximately 10 seconds
Release the Reset button when the LED on the front goes dark
Wait for the LED to flash red and green, indicating it is ready to connect again

Alternatively, you can also factory reset the Samsung Connect Home from the SmartThings app, but the Connect Home must be online. An offline or disconnected Connect Home must be physically reset.

To view the Hub's Location, select Menu () and touch the dropdown arrow to select the Location name.
Select Menu () and then touch Devices.
Select the Wi-Fi Hub device.
Touch the Wi-Fi Hub image
Touch Factory Reset
The LED will turn off and the Hub will reboot. When the LED blinks red and green, the Hub is ready to connect again.

according to myself the reset button doesn't exist but if somebody knows where it is located , please let me know
