Is there a guide or easy way to swap the guts between two MacBooks without taking each component out, from a Late 2013 to a Mid 2014 15 inch?
I want to keep the display and battery from the older 8 GB 2013 MacBook Pro, and swap it with the 16 GB 2014 MacBook Pro.

So in your case you are trying to fit the parts from either a MacBookPro11,2 (IG) or '''MacBookPro11,3 (DG) into a MacBookPro11,2 (IG) or '''MacBookPro11,3 (DG)
If you are sticking between two IG or two DG systems then you won’t have any issues. If you are trying cross between IG and DG systems there are some issues.
