No sound from MacBook speakers ok from headphones.
Anyone have a circuit diagram info for this model that shows where the audio splits between the headphone and the MacBook speakers. I have audio from the headphones but not from the speakers. The switching works from the headphone socket. System preferences-switches from headphone to MacBook speakers when removing headphones from socket. This fault did occur after a spillage. Have cleaned all of the logic board but a little smoke did show at the time of the spillage. All other functions are working perfectly

Thanks for your input but the audio jack and the switching is operating as it should be. This is a fault within the area of the audio processing/amp to the speakers. Audio is fine to headphones and in air play. Anybody with a circuit diagram that I can access?
