Samsung UE49KS8000 keeps rebooting with flashing backlight

Dear community,

My Samsung UE49KS8000 keeps rebooting without showing any logo.

Then the backlight comes on and flashes after shutting down and rebooting again.

I changed the mainboard and the powersupply so i guess its the backlight or the panel.

On the right side of the panel the backlight seems off. But if the backlight is broken does that mean the tv doesnt show any picture or keeps rebooting.

I wanted to remove the LCD panel to have a look at the backlight but how to i remove it. I cant find anything.
