Stuck on the language screen
I got to the screen when you change the language from English to French or Spanish. I cannot get back out of that screen. Model no DP39D14.

Does the tv remote work? Please Put a camera on top of the remote where it transmits signal. Press buttons. If the batteries and the controls are fine your camera will show light. Else the remote might not function. Replace batteries and if that doesnt work remote.

Also pulling the cord from the back should kill the power going back on the tv playing
