Replace Sony Vaio motherboard with different serial number

Hi,

I have Sony Vaio svf13n12SGS, Motherboard’s serial number : A1974482A. Can I replace it with this motherboard, serial no. A1999213A? or the serial number must be identical?

I have attached photos for both.
