power reset or unknown upload mode.. suck on this menu after flash on odin also cant put in download mode from keys need help

That screen with the green little logo can be bypassed to get into download I think pressing the home button 3 times toggles the phone into download mode.
Make sure you flash right firmware onto phone. Are you doing combination firmware on there?
