Why after LCD replacement battery drain fast?

Hi, i cracked my display on Xiaomi redmi 5 plus, i ordered new display with frame and sucefully replace it by myself but after that my battery drain very fast, like 10% per hour with screen off, data and wifi off. Also phone dont want to charge as fast as before display replacement. Now its charge at 700mA max, before replacement it goes to 2A max.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem, but I was not sure if the problem was the screen replacement or the update to the last stable that bring battery drain. I 've changed a lot of screens on others phones et this is the first time a get this kind of behaviour.
