I have sound but no picture

So I have a vizio e700i-a3e and I have replaced all 3 boards and still have no picture. I have tested the t-com board at the transistor above the ic301 with ohm settings so it beeps and it did this is my 3rd t com that goes bad everytime I install it. What is causing this? Again I have replaced all 3 boards. Thank you.
