So every time I turn on my PS4, the HDMI input keeps switching from no signal to no support over and over while the PS4 runs. It repeated this over and over, even in safe mode till I turned it off. Is there any fix for this? (I have an older Vizio television)

Might need to try another HDMI cable and tv.
Otherwise it could be bad HDMI port or HDMI encoder chip.

anyway to fix the endcoder in that case?
The HDMI requires someone with micro-soldering chip and the chip to replace it as it is soldered on to the board. I would look for a reputable local console repair store to get that fixed.
