Only backlight works after replacing the backlight

Hey, I replaced my screen and since then i get no image, the backlight’s the only thing working. after some googling, i saw that the BIOS had to be resseted or something like that, but i have no idea how to do it. Its an ASUS ZenPad 10 (Z2301M)
