Echo show has power but blank screen and non-responsive. Red light

Echo show has power, but screen is blank (screensaver image gone), it’s non-voice responsive, and there’s a little red light that’s never been there before. Help?

Echo shoe 15 Black screen mute bottom comes on but nothing else

Not sure about the blank screen, that just seems like a normal occurrence (happens to me too). But for the red light, that means your Echo Show is muted. Press the mute button to unmute it.
