TV freezes on startup and logo looks garbled.

My vizio TV freezes on startup, and eventually restarts itself. Each time this happens the Vizio logo will be garbled in some way…often with pink or green bars. I have included an image. Wondering if this might be a tcon board issue or something else? Can't find info on this problem anywhere. Thanks!
