Have you installed any new software or updates lately? Sometimes that can cause problems. It could also be a malfunction with the android operating system which may require a factory reset of the device. Check your Owner's Manual for any information on resetting the device, booting into Safe Mode or doing a factory reset. Warning: implementing a factory reset will wipe out all the date such as photo's, email, address books etc on the device, so a backup of such data is recommended. See if the tablet will connect to a computer via USB cable which if successful will allow data to be save to some other medium such as a hard drive or USB stick.
